A Key West woman was arrested Thursday, charged with involuntary manslaughter in the Aug. 30 death of her brother. Colleen O'Malley, 56, is accused of giving Raymond Moffitan, 64, two patches of Fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opiate that is often used to relieve pain. They ended up killing him; a grand jury indicted O'Malley last week.
