Nashville doctor Visuvalingam Vilvarajah's medical license was revoked after he shot and killed his wife and mother-in-law in 1989. He was paroled early and returned to practice in 1993. His license was fully reinstated in 2001. In January, he was arrested in connection with a drug trafficking investigation, and his license was suspended again.
