The 2010 National Drug Threat Assessment (released 3/25/10) highlights abuse of prescription drugs as a serious and increasing problem with pain relievers on the top of the list.

Dr. Michael Dobish Charged Along with Lionel "Beans" Sease A York County doctor has been arrested by agents from the Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Medicaid Fraud Control Section on charges that he illegally prescribed massive quantities of powerful pain medications to another York County man, who allegedly resold the drugs on the streets.
