The sale was part of a multiple purchaser deal announced in November, where 3M said it would sell off its Asia Pacific drug business to Ironbridge Capital and Archer Capital, European drug operations to Meda AB, and U.S., Canadian, and Latin American operations to Graceway, for a total of about $2.1 billion.
