MAN SHOT: A Battle Creek man, 19, was shot in the leg about 1 a.m. Tuesday near Hubbard Street and Parkway Drive, Battle Creek police said. He told police he was sitting in a car when another car drove by and fired several shots. He was shot in the left leg and taken to Battle Creek Health System by a friend for treatment. The victim said he didn't know who shot at him.
