ONTONAGON - Ontonagon resident Frank Wheeler was found not guilty by a jury Thursday afternoon on charges of delivering a controlled substance causing death. Wheeler, 59, was accused of delivering the pain-killing prescription patch fentanyl in July 2007 to Nick Derenzo, who allegedly gave it to the man who died, 23-year-old Finley Padden.
