Pain drug company Endo Pharmaceuticals said Friday that it had acquired the rights for one investigational drug from Grünenthal GMBH and will return the rights to another investigational drug to Durect Corp. Endo also said fourth-quarter profits and sales were up. (ENDP) (DRRX)
