A Penn Hills woman suffered an allergic reaction when she received the wrong medication from her local pharmacy and ended up in the hospital.  Mary Cross was given clomipramine, a psychiatric drug, when she was supposed to get clomiphene, a fertility drug.

SARATOGA SPRINGS — A Victory Mills man pleaded guilty today to selling Fentanyl patches prescribed to his father to a Washington County man. The patches ultimately wound up in the hands of 17-year-old Morgan Harrington who died as a result of ingesting the narcotic.
